„Manushengi Krisi” – National Human Rights Training Course was organised by Phiren Amenca to develop the competences of young Roma and non Roma trainers and multipliers in non-formal education and to build a network of Roma and non Roma trainers and youth organisations in the local level.
30 Roma and non Roma participants came together from all around Hungary with different backgrounds to the five days training. The course was a contribution of non-formal education to the implementation of the Council of Europe Charter on Education for Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education.The training programme was based on the approaches and methodologies of Compass, the manual for human rights education with young people and took place in the European Youth Centre Budapest, Hungary during 6 – 12 July 2014.
The course was supported by the Council of Europe Youth Department as an integral part of its Human Rights Education Youth Programme and the Roma Youth Action Plan.[hr]
