We are proud to share our Strategic Plan 2026–2030: Roma Youth Leading Change in a Just and Inclusive World.
This plan sets out Phiren Amenca’s direction for the next five years. It grew from listening, from the voices, experiences and ideas of Roma youth, member organisations, and partners across Europe. It is a living document, designed to evolve with us.
Our four strategic goals for 2026–2030:
Root and grow Roma youth leadership — from local participation to European influence.
Build spaces of belonging and identity — where diverse Roma youth find community and pride.
Turn participation into systems change — connecting grassroots voice to policy influence.
Expand mobility, skills and economic futures — opening pathways into employment and entrepreneurship.
For 25 years, Phiren Amenca has created trusted spaces where Roma young people can lead, learn, and shape the decisions that affect their lives. This plan is our commitment to the next generation.
