Improving access for Roma communities to employment opportunities in the hospitality industry

This programme aims to increase opportunities and support for Roma community members seeking to find employment in the hospitality industry in Hungary. To achieve this, we will raise awareness of hospitality careers; provide training and opportunities; and support participants into roles, internships or formal training schemes within the industry. The project is funded by the Hilton Global Foundation, the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and co-funded by the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (2021-2027) of the European Union.
