This workbook is a do-it-yourself step-by-step guide on how to build and use a “logic model”. It describes the steps to create logic models for your own programs, in order to present it to your community, to your donors, and most importantly, to your team.
The „Logic Model” is a tool to describe your organization, initiative or project: what needs/issues/problems you are trying to address and how, what change you want to create, which goals you want to reach. As part of this guide, you can find one example of a logic model, developed by a youth organization, whose aim is to tacke multiple (intersectional discrimination) affecting Roma LGBTQ+ people, and a blank table you can use for developing and structuring your own logic model.
This guide was part of the Roma Youth Voices project, coordinated by Phiren Amenca and funded by the Rights, Equality and Citizenship Programme (2014-2020) of the DG Justice, European Commission.
